FAQs

Are tours available?

Tours and interviews are held in Feb/March each year. Families who submit an application to add their child to the waitlist will be invited to tour/interview based on the number of anticipated openings for the Fall.

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.

If a spot becomes available mid-year, applicants on the waitlist may be invited to tour/interview outside this window.

What is included in tuition?

For ease, ALL meals, snacks, classroom supplies, and art materials are included in your monthly tuition payments. We have communal snack and lunch at school, with organic local produce and balanced menus suitable for your little one’s growing brain and body!

What is not covered by tuition?

Parents are responsible for providing their child’s classroom slippers, diapers/pull-ups & wipes, a hat, and one set of spare clothes kept at school.

Tuition payment late fees, late pick-up fees, and Drop-In fees are not covered by tuition payments.

Is there a deposit to secure my child’s enrollment?

If your child’s start date is 60+ days out, a non-refundable hold fee is required to secure your child’s spot. For start dates 60-90 days out, a deposit of $350 is collected. For start dates over 90 days out, a fee of $600 is collected. The number of days between the due date of your enrollment agreement and your child’s start date outlined in said enrollment agreement will determine the hold fee. If your child’s start date is in less than 60 days, the first month’s tuition payment suffices in lieu of a hold fee.

When is tuition due?

Ten equal payments are due by the 15th of each month Aug 15 to May 15. The school year runs from Sept 3 to June 12.

First tuition payment is prorated if child starts mid-year and after the first Monday of the calendar month.

Tuition payment late fee is $25/day until paid.

Do you offer single-day attendance?

Enrolled students in the 3x/week program may attend an extra day in addition to their regular schedule at a rate of $100/Half day or $140/Full day. Only when space is available.

Drop-In days are charged in addition to tuition. (Ex. My child is enrolled in the Mon-Weds program. My child missed Weds this week for a family trip. I want to do a drop-in day next week Thursday. There is no make-up day or waiver for the drop-in fee. My child may drop-in next Thursday and I will be charged the drop-in day fee of $100.)

If we go on a family vacation, or my child gets sick, will I be refunded?

Tuition is paid in advance and is non-refundable. There are no refunds for holidays, planned school closures, family vacations, sick days, late drop-offs or early pick-ups due to doctor’s appointments, etc.
