FAQs

Are tours available?

Tours are held at the beginning of each calendar year. Families who submit an application may be invited to tour based on the number of anticipated openings for the Fall and their child’s eligibility.

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.

If a spot becomes available mid-year, applicants on the waitlist may be invited to tour outside this window.

What is included in tuition?

For ease, ALL meals, snacks, classroom supplies, and art materials are included in your monthly tuition payments. We have communal snack and lunch at school, with organic local produce and balanced menus meeting the needs of your little one’s growing brain and body!

What is not covered by tuition?

Parents are responsible for providing their child’s classroom slippers, diapers & wipes, a hat, and one set of spare clothes kept at school.

Tuition payment late fees, late pick-up fees, and Drop-In fees are not covered by tuition payments.

Is there a deposit to secure my child’s enrollment?

For start dates over 90 days out, a hold fee of $600 is required to secure your child’s spot.

What if my child needs to leave the program mid-year?

A 45-day written/email notice is required to terminate your enrollment agreement for any reason. Notice with less than 45 days may forfeit partial or full paid tuition. We reserve the right to end an enrollment agreement without refund at any time if a child’s needs are not able to be met or if parents/child do not follow school policies.

When is tuition due?

Ten equal payments are due by the 15th of each month Aug 15 to May 15. The school year runs from Sept 3 to June 12.

First tuition payment is prorated if child starts mid-year and after the first Monday of the calendar month.

Tuition payment late fee is $25/day until paid.

Do you offer single-day attendance?

Enrolled students in the 3x/week program may attend an extra day in addition to their regular schedule at a rate of $110/Half day or $160/Full day. Only when space is available.

Drop-In days are charged in addition to tuition. (Ex. My child is enrolled in the Mon-Weds program. My child missed Weds this week for a family trip. I want to do a drop-in day next week Thursday. There is no make-up day or waiver for the drop-in fee. My child may drop-in next Thursday and I will be charged the drop-in day fee of $110.)

If we go on a family vacation, or my child gets sick, will I be refunded?

Tuition is paid in advance and is non-refundable. There are no refunds for holidays, planned school closures, family vacations, sick days, late drop-offs or early pick-ups due to doctor’s appointments, etc.

When can I tour? When can I enroll?

Parents are invited for a tour with their child based on program availability and eligibility. Tours are reserved for applicants only: you must apply and submit your fee to be able to schedule a tour in Jan/Feb. Spots are limited and are not guaranteed. If invited to enroll, you will be emailed by March 1. Signed enrollment agreements and deposits are due March 10.
